The interview process was lengthy but worth it. It started with a video submission, which was a great way to prepare the answers and show your personality without the stress of the actual in-person interview. That same week I was invited to the first interview, which was held by the HR. Next week I was invited to the second interview with 2 managers from different departments. I had the third shadow interview on the same day as the second interview. Next week I was invited for the last cultural interview which was a group interview with all the heads of the departments. It sounds a bit intimidating but everyone was very friendly. After that it took a little over a week to hear back, and I got an offer which I accepted.

Behavioral Technical

I went through 3 rounds of interviews for this role. The first was a general chat with HR to see if I was a good fit. Then, there was a technical interview where they dug into my experience and how it matched the job requirements. The last interview was a group/culture interview with the team I'd be working with, and they asked a mix of personal and work ethic questions. It seemed like a really good process, but I turned down the offer because of the complicated pay structure, which is project/hour based and requires logging every task. While they said there are plenty of projects, you have to hit a quota to get your salary, or you'd be bumped down to base pay. I felt this would be too distracting. A former employee confirmed pay was always an issue. The company seems great, but the money side is its weakness. To do well, be yourself and know their company motto from their website.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I didn't get a recruiter call after submitting my resume. Instead, I got an email asking me to do an online self-recorded interview within 3 days, which felt like a big red flag. It seemed like they didn't value my time or interest if they couldn't even call me, especially since they aren't a huge company. The interview was on a third-party platform where I'd get a question and record my answer (max 1 minute). There were 5 questions total, mostly basic, with 2 technical ones. They apparently track how long you're in the portal, so it's best not to spend too much time on it.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Group

It begins with a chat with the hiring specialist. Then, you'll need to record yourself answering some questions on video. After that, there are some more screens to go through. If you get through all of that, the last interview will be a cultural one where anyone from the company can come and ask you questions.
