First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TechInsights.
UX-UI Designer
The whole interview process took about 3-4 weeks to schedule and complete, which felt like a normal pace. It started with a behavioral screening with HR, followed by an interview with the director of design. During the call with the director, I had to walk through my portfolio.
- What makes you want to work here?
IT Student
The first part of the interview process is a Zoom call with HR where they'll ask you some basic questions about your background. After that, you'll have another interview with the IT Support Team manager. This one will focus on behavioral questions to understand how you've handled problems and worked with others in the past.
- What's your approach to prioritizing work tasks?
Circuit Analyst
First, they asked what I knew about the company. Then, they dove into my knowledge of circuits and their components. They used a PowerPoint to show me the work environment and my duties. Finally, I got to ask my own questions about the position.
- Do you recognize this component?
Technical Writer
They reached out with a job that seemed like a good fit for my CV. The interview process was quite long, and it included interviews and a writing assignment. I didn't end up doing the writing assignment because I accepted another offer. The people I interacted with were nice and very professional.
- Can you discuss your previous roles and responsibilities?
- What are you aiming to achieve in your career moving forward?
