QA Automation Engineer
The technical round went well and I passed it. However, the HR person later had concerns about my ECTC (Expected CTC), which I informed them I was open to negotiating. I accepted the package they proposed. Despite this, they continuously delayed the process with various excuses and ultimately did not extend the offer. Please avoid giving misleading hopes and expectations to candidates. Be transparent with updates and outcomes.

So basically the interview process was like 4 rounds, first a phone interview, then a technical round, then a 1:1, and finally the HR round. After all that, there was a background check. The whole thing took me about 20-25 days. I ended up getting an offer and started as a Jr. IT Technical Recruiter. Then they put me through 30-40 days of training on their internal systems and what an IT Technical Recruiter does, which was really good and I learned a ton from the trainer. Then I just kept working as an IT Technical Recruiter.
