Technical

It was a 2 round technical interview process that was fully focused on Azure IGA and authentication. Programming concepts were needed to crack the interview. The questions were practical, not bookish. Prepare well to get the offer. The interviewer was smart and had a clear understanding of the questions he was asking.

The interview process was longer than I anticipated. My first contact was on October 3rd and received the offer letter on December 22nd. While the team was very professional, I did not receive an expected salary in the offer letter or in email communications. I did ask many times, and in the final offer letter negotiations I asked them to please include what my expected compensation will be, and they retracted the offer letter. I was looking forward to working with them and joining their team.

So basically the first thing was a technical call, then an HR call on the phone. After that, we talked about compensation over the phone. Then they emailed me the offer letter the next day. I printed it, signed it, scanned it, and sent it back to HR. On my first day, I had an in-person HR meeting and they did a background check by asking for copies of my past experience and educational certificates.
