Had a phone interview, the HR person called and asked me questions in both Vietnamese and English. You should prepare yourself for general behavioral questions. It would be great if you mention a little bit about your skills considering they asked me about some techstacks.

The interview process involves meeting with the PO of the squad, the PM, and the IT business lead of the squad. There will be a take-home assignment, and if you pass that, you will be accepted. HR will then contact you for the onboarding process, which takes about a month to complete.

Behavioral Presentation

I recently interviewed with Techcombank, and it was a really positive and professional experience. The application process and the interview itself were well-organized. I was interviewed by a panel of experienced professionals who knew a lot about the role and the company. They asked good questions that let me show off my skills and experience. It felt friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable. What stood out was how much they value a good work culture. The interviewers talked enthusiastically about the company's values and their efforts to create a supportive and inclusive environment. It's clear Techcombank really cares about its employees.

Behavioral Technical Other

The first person I met was really nice and friendly. She walked me through the entire process before we went to the interview room. The Manager of the department interviewed me next. She asked the usual questions about my work history, qualifications, what I'm good at and not so good at, and what salary I'm looking for. This part took about 10-15 minutes. After that, a younger lady tested my English skills by having me translate a one-page document into English and then back into the original language. Following that, I was led to a room with a computer and given an Excel task to complete. It wasn't overly challenging, but you did need to know your Excel functions. Even though the whole thing felt a bit unstructured, the people interviewing me were quite pleasant and approachable.
