I applied online and they called me for an interview. They said I'd talk about my career goals and learn more about the company. The interview is basically a sales pitch for why you should work there. It's clearly a pre-taught pitch and doesn't tell you what you actually do. You'll be selling a product in Costco. The online job description and details are misleading. There are hardly any benefits unless you're higher up and it's not a real training position. You basically move up based on how well you sell products to people shopping in Costco. I had to figure out what the job entailed on my own because they never mentioned exactly what you'd be doing in the first interview. It was all misleading and dishonest, in my opinion. The interviewer was nice though and seemed down to earth. I really don't like the 'shady' recruiting and interviewing process though.

The interview process involves an initial meeting with the owner of Tech Marketing Group. You'll need to bring your resume. The owner will ask you some questions and then give you a chance to ask your own. If you proceed past this first interview, you might be invited for a second round. This second interview is longer and gives you a chance to visit the store and observe daily operations.

I found this job on Indeed and got in touch with HR. About a week after that, I went in for my first interview with a younger guy. After that, I had another interview and then got an offer. I've worked in offices my whole life, so this job was a big change, but it turned out to be a good one. I really enjoy the people I work with and how we all collaborate to hit our targets. Sadly, I had to give my two weeks' notice because my mom got very sick and I need to go home to take care of her. They were really understanding and said I'm welcome to come back if and when I'm able to. They even offered to help with my flight to visit my mom last weekend. It's a great team here. If you enjoy working with people, you'll like this job. I'm going to miss everyone.

Apply online and if your resume looks good, you'll be called in for an interview with the owner of Tech Marketing Group. They'll go over your resume, ask you some questions, and then ask if you have any questions. After that, you'll hear back about a second round interview, which takes place at a store. After that interview, you'll know if you got the job and will start training if you did.
