Human Resources Administrator
I applied and a couple days later the interviewer reached out to schedule. I picked the next day but they emailed the morning of saying they needed to push it because they forgot to block their calendar for the time I selected. I was flexible and rearranged my day to accommodate, especially since it was a Sunday and I understood. I appreciated the weekend availability. The interviewer was very responsive to emails when we rescheduled. The phone screen was about an hour and the interviewer was upfront about the position. The questions were minimal and easy, and the conversation was casual. We talked about how my resume matched what they were looking for and they were eager to set up a second interview. I was told I would have a video interview with my potential manager the next week. We confirmed some time frames that worked for both of us. I sent a thank you email the day after the phone screen, but no response about next steps. I followed up about a week later, with no response. About three weeks after my phone screen, I emailed my potential manager to check if my application was still being considered and if the first interviewer was okay. I received no response. It's now been 6 weeks since my phone interview and the first interviewer sent a follow-up saying the position has been filled. This is my first Glassdoor review because I feel others should be aware. My advice to this company is to train the interviewer on standard interview procedures.
- Can you clarify details on your resume?
- How does your resume match what we are looking for?
Service Desk Engineer
It was an easy, low-effort interview process. They asked basic IT knowledge questions. If you have at least a certification or some experience, you should be able to answer the questions. There was only one interview, and then they made a decision.
- Can you explain what an IP address is?
Front End Developer
I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone screen. The screening itself seemed to go pretty well. After a week with no word, I reached out about what's next and didn't get a response.
