First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tech Electronics.
Project Manager
The interview process involved three stages: two video calls and one in-person meeting. Following the in-person interview, an offer was extended. I'd recommend this company to others, as my experience was quite positive.
- Can you describe the kinds of projects you have managed previously?
Marketing Communications Coordinator
I applied on Linkedin and was contacted via message for a phone interview. The interview was short, about 10-15 minutes, with basic questions. When I asked them questions, the interviewer wasn't prepared and couldn't answer anything about the role beyond the job description. When I asked for details on specific duties, she said she didn't know and that the hiring manager could answer. She implied I'd talk to the hiring manager later. A week after the interview, I followed up and was told they were considering other candidates. I never got to speak with the hiring manager, despite meeting all the requirements and having relevant experience.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
- What's prompting your job search?
- What are your salary expectations?
AV Technician
The interview experience was pretty smooth. They managed to coordinate with several individuals who have a strong grasp of the AV Technician role for the interviews. After the interviews, they gave me a tour of the facility. Overall, they were quite thorough in their process.
- Were you asked about your technical skills and experience?
Project Coordinator
It was a 3 round process. The first was HR screening, the second was a video call with the Hiring manager, and the third was an in-person panel interview. The team was really nice and professional, and they seemed to be looking for someone who would fit well with the company culture and could add value.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you walk me through your previous work experience?
- How do you typically deal with conflicts?
