HR called me first for a quick phone chat, then they scheduled an in-person interview. I then shadowed for two hours, and they had me come back to shadow again. After that, I came back for a working interview and did a skills test to see how fast I type and if I know how to handle emails. The whole thing took about a month and they were pretty vague throughout, but it felt too long.

It was professional but took forever. First, a recruiting call with HR. Then, a face-to-face with HR and the manager. After that, another face-to-face with managers. Then I had to shadow, and later had another meeting/interview. Finally, they made an offer. It all took a few weeks.

I was reached out to by an internal recruiter on LinkedIn who was keen to schedule an interview quickly. I first spoke with HR, and then I met with my direct manager and the VP. The team was very friendly and wanted to know about me, and they also shared info about the company and how it works. I got a contingent job offer from Tebo, which felt great, so I accepted and joined the team. My first day and orientation happened about a week after, which was smooth, and I've enjoyed it since.

The interview process was straightforward and felt very organized. I was clearly informed about the location and timing. I also received a document outlining expectations for the role. The HR contact was available for questions throughout the entire process.
