First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Teasdale Latin Foods.
Director of Engineering
I was emailed about setting up an initial interview, but the email was really basic, no name or anything. Then they changed the interview time last minute. I had a video call with the recruiter, and then another video call with the hiring manager. I sent thank you notes to both, but never heard back. I emailed the recruiter again a week later, still no response. Another week went by, and I emailed again. Nothing. It was pretty unprofessional.

Software Development Assistant
It was a virtual interview over Zoom, lasting 50 minutes total with about 10 minutes saved for my questions at the very end. The whole process was pretty straightforward and simple, and I think it went well.
- Could you describe what you expect from this role?
Production
The process was very professional, courteous, and respectful. They were very detailed when answering my questions and concerns, giving great insight into the company and its goals moving forward. The people were very patient from the phone call to my initial interview.
- How would you be a good fit for this company?
HR Business Partner
I had a phone interview and then had an onsite interview. I followed back up with the Recruiter to check on my status, but never heard back. I then heard from a Recruiting Firm regarding the same company seeking for a HRBP. Never heard from either.
