Behavioral Technical Coding

The whole thing lasted about a month. I applied and a recruiter reached out pretty fast. We set up a call for later that week where we just chatted about my background and how I work with others. Then, they sent me a coding challenge to do, which they said should take about 2 hours, and I had a week to finish it. After I sent that in, I got an invite to chat with two of the technical leads. It felt pretty professional but also relaxed, which was nice. I went over my coding assignment with them, answered their questions about how I could have made it better, and also did some technical and behavioral questions. I heard back the same day that I got the job and got an offer. I was really happy with how fast everything moved after each step.

Behavioral Technical Coding

So, the first part was a chat about the company and then I got a technical assignment to do. After I passed that, they said I'd have an interview with a team lead and a senior developer, but that interview never actually happened. Turns out they found other people they liked more. They didn't tell me though, they just kept me hanging until I had to ask what was up. That's when they told me the jobs were filled. Honestly, it felt really unprofessional to not just tell me I didn't get the job straight away instead of making me wait around wondering what was going on.

Technical Coding

The first step was a really short Screening interview. After that, there was a practice test where I spent 2 hours on 5 exercises. Finally, I had a Technical Interview with the CTO and some other software developers. The whole thing took about 2 weeks. I didn't get the job, but Teamwork seems like a good company.
