People Operations Generalist
I applied online and was contacted quickly by HR. The initial process moved fast, with two calls in a short period, and I was informed that I would proceed to the final stage with the CFO for a role based in Berlin. However, I never received the details required to attend that final interview. I followed up by email, but instead of clarification, I received a generic rejection message approximately two weeks later. Being advanced to a final stage and then not provided with the necessary interview information, without any explanation, highlights issues in communication and process management within the hiring process. From a candidate perspective, this resulted in a frustrating and unnecessarily unclear experience.
- Could you walk me through your previous positions and what you were accountable for?
SVP of Sales
Great process and very thorough. I met everyone and understood what needed help. They set me up for a great final presentation. They were also very good at keeping the process moving forward, most companies have long waiting periods between interviews.
- What's important to you in a company culture?
Cloud Engineer
It was a remote interview with a recruiter. It was mainly a screening interview to filter out candidates. The interview focused on general discussions about the company, its product, and its culture.

Really thorough process. Communication was great and they gave good prep time for each step. I really liked the culture and the people there. Overall I was very happy with how things went and had a great time interviewing.
