I had 3 interviews in total. The first 2 were over Zoom, and the last one was an in-person visit. It was more behavioral than technical, though the hiring manager did ask one technical question about negotiating 401k.

I had interviews with several people, then a more in-depth talk with my direct supervisor. They really dug into my past experience. It wrapped up with a take-home assignment, which was a strategic analysis and research project. They also asked for an extra reference to confirm some of my experience.
