Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I was contacted by a recruiter and had a first chat with the SDR manager for about 30 minutes. A few days later, they reached out to set up the next step. Then I had two 30-minute interviews back-to-back: one with the sales team and another that was more of a values-based interview. After that, I was given an assignment to complete. Two days after I sent that in, I got an email for an interview with the CEO. Not long after the CEO interview, about two hours, I got an offer letter. The whole thing took about 3 weeks.

Behavioral Other

My interview experience at Teampay was horrible!!! I knew something was not right based on their Glassdoor reviews, but I took a chance. The interview had 1 phone screen with a recruiter. The 2nd round was a virtual onsite with the sales staff. In the 3rd round, I had to complete a "sales assignment". After I finished and submitted it, I got ZERO feedback and they never followed up. They were rude and unprofessional. It's predatory hiring to solicit free labor like that. They have no decency or respect for talent. Advice: Run away fast.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and heard back from a recruiter after more than a month. The recruiter's communication was poor. Initially, I was asked to mark my availability in an online calendar. Four days later, I received an email asking to reschedule our call for later that same day, which was confusing given the prior calendar availability. After I responded, there was no reply until the next day. Despite my efforts to be understanding and flexible, the recruiter was unresponsive. Overall, the communication process was very bad. During the interview, I felt I wouldn't get the job, especially after hearing comments like "that's not what I asked, but whatever." I suspect a different recruiter might have led to a better interview experience.

I was ghosted after a 2-hour virtual panel interview - absolutely no follow-up or feedback. This confirmed everything I needed to know about the company's culture and lack of professionalism. The interview process included an initial phone screen with a recruiter, then a Zoom interview with the VP of Customer Success, followed by a 2-hour virtual panel interview with 7 members of the company. I didn't view it as a waste of time because it taught me all the red flags to look out for when interviewing with a company.
