It started with a recruiter chat to go over the role overall. Then, I talked to a current Account Manager on the team. Lastly, I met with the Account Director, who would be my manager.

Behavioral Presentation

I had an in-person interview with 3 senior employees. It felt rushed, and the office lacked diversity, which was a concern. One interviewer was great, asking thoughtful questions. Another was late, distracted, and seemed bored. The third was unremarkable, discussed growth trajectory, and tried to sell me on the company. I never heard back, so I wouldn't consider them in the future.

The process was longer than it needed to be and dragged on even though it was clear I was going to take the offer and they wanted me. The people were nice and it was a good way to understand the workflow, but it was much longer than it needed to be.
