First, you'll have a phone interview. If you pass that, you'll probably have a panel interview with a manager or lead and some current consultants. If you get through that, you'll do a short training session on "how to balance your checkbook." This is to check how you organize and present ideas, communicate, and make sure your message gets across. How you act and interact with people are also considered.

I interviewed with a senior developer and two other team members. We talked about my past work experience, and my strengths and weaknesses as a programmer. The interviewers were all really nice and they let me answer the questions in my own way, which was comfortable.

An administrative assistant arranged the initial phone call and a subsequent one. Following that, I had a phone interview with the President. The interview covered a variety of topics, but the president had a clear idea of the specific skills he was looking for and assessed candidates for those particular abilities.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was terrible. I went through a few phone interviews and then two in-person interviews at their office. I followed up multiple times via email and phone, and they kept saying they hadn't decided and would let me know either way, but then they ghosted me. It was super unprofessional and rude.
