The interview process was pretty laid back. I interviewed with management and we discussed the position and my experience. They gave me a breakdown of what I would be doing to see if I had done any of it before. I got the job offer about a day later.

The interview process was very straightforward and the employers asked all the right questions. They also provided ample opportunity for the interviewee to ask questions and were very transparent. There was no undue pressure, and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. I enjoyed the process overall.

First, I had to do an online assessment and submit my resume. They got back to me quickly if they wanted to interview me. Then there was a phone screen and after that, the main interview. The interview included some questions about scenarios that were hard to prepare for, but the rest of it was pretty standard.

The interview was going well, and I was given details about the position, pay, and benefits. However, after the interview, they stopped communicating, despite promising a callback about the job offer. They left me waiting for weeks without any updates, forcing me to call them to find out about my application status. It was frustrating to have my hopes raised and then be left in the dark.
