A recruiter found me online and first emailed me, but I wasn't interested. Then another recruiter called me two weeks later to set up an interview. When I got there, they didn't have my appointment info, and I waited in the lobby with other people. I spoke with the CEO for about 15 minutes and was offered a second interview. The first round had generic questions about my background and why I want to work there. After waiting over an hour, I had my second interview. This involved shadowing a recruiter and doing door-to-door sales, which wasn't mentioned in the ad or first interview. I was told it was a management training program, but it turns out you have to start with door-to-door sales for a month or two and then get promoted. The hours are 11am to 8pm. They acted like it was a really hard position to get. I declined the offer, even though everyone was nice.

I had a really great 2-day experience with the company. The team was relentless and had a great attitude. The CEO is a very straightforward person and you can tell he cares about his team and their goals. I spent a full day with Nikki on my second visit. She has an impressive background and was passionate about the goals we discussed for the 6 hours we spent together. At the end of the day, I met with the CEO. There were 3 candidates competing for the position. It was competitive and I didn't get an offer, but I gained valuable experience and advice. My advice is to be prepared to be thoroughly assessed here, unlike typical interviews where you just sell yourself.

I got to the office for the first interview and had to wait around 40 minutes because they were busy with other candidates. When I finally got in, the interview was short, about 10-15 minutes. The interviewer, Neil, spoke really fast and told me about the company. It sounded real, but something felt a bit off. They offered me a second interview for the next day, making it sound like I'd get to learn everything about the business, which seemed like a good opportunity. But then I noticed some warning signs: the work hours were 11am to 8pm, and they were vague about the salary. I decided to look up the company and found out that Neil, the CEO, is known for running pyramid scheme scams. If you check ripoff report and look for zengo and co, jms marketing, and jme marketing, you'll see other people saying the same thing. They're basically trying to get you to do sales door-to-door, and it's not even for the job I applied for.

Applied via LinkedIn because it had 5 stars. The company expansion team is amazing. Spoke with Richard, a really great and straightforward guy. I'm happy to say I'm enjoying my second week working for Team One Global. I was a bit worried because of a negative review I saw on this site, but I'm lucky I went and got hired after only 4 days.
