Met with TEAM at the career fair, and then they called me that same night to schedule an interview for the very next day. It was about 30 minutes long and mostly behavioral/situational. The two people I spoke with were really nice and still managed to get through the interview efficiently. I haven't heard back yet since it was just a couple of days ago, but Glassdoor is making me answer if I got an offer, so disclaimer that this info might be wrong, idk.

After submitting an open application, I was quickly invited for an initial exploratory conversation. On the same day, I was contacted by the HR manager for a follow-up meeting later that week at the head office. During this meeting, I received a contract offer and the chance to propose personal adjustments. After accepting the offer, I had a third meeting at the head office within a week for contract signing, safety instructions, and to receive my PPE, company car, phone, laptop, and printer. Ultimately, my first day was within two weeks of submitting the open application.

I saw the job opening on LinkedIn and sent my resume straight to the recruiter who posted it. Within a couple of days, the recruiter got in touch for a quick phone screen and to set up an in-person interview. I met with the department manager and her boss, the department VP. They asked typical questions, but the manager was pretty intimidating; she seemed to be the real decision-maker, even though the VP was technically her superior. The whole interview was under 15 minutes. They hired me right then and there, and I immediately had to do a drug test. I started working that Monday, four days later.

The interview process felt a bit disorganized. Two people interviewed me, and it seemed like they mostly wanted to put a face to the resume. The job they described wasn't quite what I applied for. They did go over the job description, but they didn't really ask me any standard interview questions about my skills.
