The interview was a bit odd and raises some questions about the process. I waited over half an hour before it started, and it basically consisted of about 4 or 5 questions (taking around 10 minutes). They moved me to the second stage (had to wait 15 minutes past the scheduled time, again) which was basically to give few details about the vacancy and then send the contract and details for hiring.

It was a quick group interview. Everyone got asked 3 questions. After that, the recruiter already had the chosen candidates separated and gave them instructions and asked if they were interested in working there.

Behavioral Group

I got an email after applying for the position and prepared for a one-on-one Zoom call. When I got there, there were several people in the room and they directed us to a breakout room with 7 participants and a recruiter each, everyone answered a total of 3 questions and the recruiter told us to put our emails in the chat and she would send a response that same day, as soon as I left the meeting I received an email for another interview.

It was a group interview. The first interview was good, and I really connected with the Recruiter and she was excited about my experience and education background. She directed us to fill out our profile through a link, which allowed us to do a video introduction. I had issues with the site...there is no way to get ahold of them if you have issues.
