Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process had four stages: a recruiter screen, a chat with Senior Creative Strategists, a project, and then meeting with the Heads of Departments. The process was pretty straightforward and seamless. I wish it went differently but I'm grateful for the opportunity. When speaking with upper management, the questions were very technical about my process. They wanted to know how I work across teams and how I handle situations with little oversight because of workload.

I had applied in the past a couple of times and didn’t end up to an interview so this company was not of interest. Their internal recruiter reached out to me and insisted to run my name through the team for a senior role. I had 2 interviews, an assignment a number of red flags. When asked a senior employee what they enjoy more working w. the team, I heard “Cool Halloween Parties and a day off following the party”. For the assignment I was asked to think “outside the box” while I had given 4 hours. In the assignment the agency was requesting to share all my working files. I would advice fellow designers to be very careful w. this type of assignments; when agencies are very specific and asking for files, imo is not a good indicator of the team’s work ethic. The goal of the assignments is not to get free labor, but to understand one’s way of thinking. Talking w. other Peers I found out that I was not the only one w. a bad experience w. them. I am wishing Team Epiphany well, but rather disappointed from the experience and definitely got this agency crossed off my list.

Went through two interviews online. First I talked to the director of the social team, and then I talked to the senior strategist. It was pretty chill. After that, I had an assignment with 3 prompts to finish.

I went through three interviews with the recruiter, manager, and director. Everything seemed to go well, although I thought three rounds were a bit much for an internship. But each interview was good, and I enjoyed talking with the team.
