First, a recruiter gave me a call. Then I had a call with the SDR Manager. After that, I had to do a written task within 24 hours. Lastly, I did a mock sales call and then two final interviews with a Senior Recruiter and the SDR Manager.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It started with a 30-minute phone screen with a sales manager, which was pretty chill and a good chance to learn about the company and the day-to-day. They asked good questions to see if I'd be a fit. Then, there was a 3-part video interview. First up was a 30-minute mock sales call where I had to talk to a gatekeeper and then a decision-maker, followed by a debrief on what went well and what could be improved, with the manager being really supportive. After that, I had a standard interview with another manager, and finally, a quick chat with the head of recruiting to wrap things up. Everyone was friendly and smart, the kind of people I'd want to work with.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Had a first phone screening call with some basic questions, it was pretty easy. Then the second stage was meeting with HR, the manager, and the head of sales all together for a three part interview, which included a mock call. The third step was meeting with the VP, which was basically just a formality at that point. Got the offer over the phone from HR.
