The interview experience was very bad, I really didn't like it at all. It could have been a good experience and might have been better, but there were high expectations. The salary wasn't good, and there were no increments. There wasn't better opportunity, and it's a hectic and stressful job, though the people are good natured. It should be better, high expectations but low pay is given.

Got the email to schedule the interview three days prior. Showed up on time and the interviewer was ready. The office was pretty nice and comfortable. We sat down at a conference table and just chatted for a bit. He asked about my college experience and how I was finding it. Then we discussed my previous web development work, which wasn't extensive at that point. I presented a web app project I built for a class, and he gave feedback and asked questions about the site. I was a bit nervous, but he was reassuring, saying he'd be happy to mentor me if I was enthusiastic. He also explained the job details more. Before wrapping up, he asked if I had any questions. Overall, it was a positive interview.

The whole process took about 4 months from the first interview (which had a writing test) to the offer, which felt long but it was worth it because I really wanted the job. There were 4 rounds of interviews in total, with 2 of those rounds happening on the same day. The team here seems to really trust each other, so they like to get input from multiple team members on candidates.

I had a group interview. I interviewed with my potential manager, his manager, and other colleagues in the same group. I also met with cross-functional team members that I would be supporting. The interview was pretty laid back overall. The people were friendly and the questions centered on my prior experience and achievements and why I would be a good fit for the position.
