It was a long and thorough interview process. It gave a good understanding of the work and office culture. Everyone was friendly and supportive, and I received good feedback and communication throughout. The process included: 1. An interview 2. A pre-work assignment to understand the job duties and test presentation abilities. 3. An HR interview. 4. A technical interview. 5. A final interview. I'm thankful for this opportunity.

I had a telephonic interview first, then an HR call, followed by a management interview. The telephonic interview covered basic communication skills. The HR interview focused on organizational fit. The management interview was with the hiring manager to assess team fit. Lastly, I had a final call with HR regarding salary and paperwork.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a quick 5 minute phone chat first. Then I had a 45 minute meeting with two people. They asked tons of behavioral questions and even had me do two role plays to see how I'd do on negotiation and communication.
