The interview process involved several stages, including interviews, role-playing exercises, a video submission, and a resume review. The team was welcoming and supportive, and I had a great time meeting both the team members and the other candidates.

I had to fill out a detailed application that took several hours. Then, I had a phone interview, which was about 30 minutes and pretty standard. After that, there was an online activity to complete before the phone interview. The next step was an in-person interview day at a central location with other candidates. Teach For America covered all travel and lodging. The whole process, from the application deadline to the job offer, took 4 months. The interview day was long, from 7:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. I personally had 3 interviews, though some people had 2 and others had 5. There was a lot of waiting between interviews, and a lunch panel to answer questions. The interviews included role plays, hypotheticals, a prioritizing activity, and regular interview questions.

Applied online and then got a pre-work assignment after about 2 weeks. It had 4 multi-part questions. Then I got an invite for a first round interview about 2 weeks later, where I answered some questions and did some role play. Got invited to a second interview about 2 weeks after the first one, where I answered more questions and did another activity. Got a verbal offer later that week after the second interview. The whole thing took about 7 weeks.
