I applied online and the company was very good with communication via email and phone. I had 1 phone screening, 2 phone interviews, and 1 final on-site interview. I was required to complete various tasks and projects, which I then emailed back for their review. It's important to be familiar with their core values and show your interest in them.

Sent in my application on Friday and heard back by Monday to schedule a phone interview for that same Friday. The phone interview had about 8 questions. About 2 business days after that, the Executive Directors reached out for a 1:1 conference call to discuss the position in more detail.

I applied online on their website and got an email to schedule a 45-minute phone interview. The call went great and we talked for over an hour. They said the next interviews would be scheduled the following week. After that, I heard nothing. I sent a few follow-up emails but still heard nothing. I know recruiters are busy, but a little common courtesy would have been nice. After 3 weeks, I finally got a form email saying they decided to move forward with other applicants.

Teach for America Executive Assistant Interview Questions

Quoted word for word from Teach for America interview reports.

A lot of questions were asked about my values, which I didn't think were relevant to the position, but I get that TFA wants to hire more of the same as an org.
