Started with an HR call, then went through 2 technical rounds. The technical rounds focused on my resume and experiences, particularly concerning market knowledge and understanding of the US energy market.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a 4 step process. I first spoke with 2 recruiters, then had an in-person interview, followed by a panel interview. The last round even included a psychologist and was exclusively behavioral questions for 90 minutes. Some interviewers were rude. Overall, it felt pretty extensive for the role.

The whole process took about 6 weeks. It started with a few aptitude tests and a virtual interview where I had to record myself answering questions. After that, there was a phone screen, which felt a bit robotic. They're looking for specific answers to questions like where you see yourself in 5 and 10 years, and asking for three words to describe yourself. If you pass that, there's an in-person panel interview. The panel had a booklet of questions and took turns asking them. It seemed mostly behavioral and kind of robotic. I'm only calling it difficult because of how many steps there are for an entry or mid-level role. By the time it was done, I already had a better offer elsewhere. They also have a psychologist involved, which is interesting. Good luck!

This was a very unprofessional interview process where they didn't seem to respect my time. I went through 4 rounds of interviews, and they told me I'd get an invite for a final in-person interview in a few days. After I sent 2 follow-up emails and heard nothing, they finally replied 3 weeks later saying they'd chosen someone else. It felt like they just kept me waiting for 6 weeks to collect more resumes. Seriously, stop wasting people's time.
