After applying, I was told that top candidates would be asked to do a short 2-day project. Once I submitted my project, I was supposed to have a meeting to discuss my project, my past experience, and the role. I did the project and sent it in, but then heard nothing. A week later I emailed to confirm they got it, but still no response. Not even a simple rejection email.

The interview process was straightforward. The meeting took place in a public spot, which made me feel very at ease. The conversation during the interview was casual yet professional. I got the offer call just a few days later.

Got an email, followed by a recruiter phone call, followed by a chat with the manager, followed by a code test, followed by a round table in person interview. These folks are really sloppy though. There were huge periods where I didn't hear from the recruiter or the manager. Then after the final interview when it seemed like it was all said and done I didn't hear back for two weeks. While it was nice to finally get confirmation that they went with someone else one can draw their own conclusions after such a long gap in talking.

The interview process included an initial phone call, followed by two in-person interviews with my direct supervisor and a cross-functional team, and then a final meeting with the CEO. I felt the team didn't really grasp retail operations and profitability. The onboarding was basically non-existent, and I had to figure out everything on my own.
