The interviewer Ashley scheduled the virtual interview via Microsoft Teams. It was a good interview. The job is part-time and located at TD Garden. It's on-call work during the Celtics and Bruins seasons, with hours dependent on shift availability. The pay is around $15/hr. When I interviewed in May, there were about 12 seasons left to work, meaning about 12 jobs could be picked up. Each shift was likely 8 hours. A work team consists of 10 or fewer people. A great aspect is that if you call in saying you're available, you can work that day, as there's no cancellation policy for workers. If you call to work, you can work. The downside is that there are few hours and few games left in the season. It's a good option for side income or spare cash for next season's games/concerts.

I went to a hiring fair for this job. It was just one round and it only took about 15 minutes. I heard back about a week later and started working pretty quickly after that.

I applied online through Indeed and then had a phone interview with a Manager. It lasted about 30 minutes and they asked a bunch of questions that mostly focused on me and my skills. It was a pretty nice experience overall, but I had already accepted another offer before I heard back.
