I initially connected with the Assistant to the Production Engineer Manager at a career fair. The next day, I received an email to schedule an interview. The interview itself involved 7 people. I felt it went really well because some engineers invited me to lunch afterward. During lunch, they frequently mentioned the job's poor hours and mostly complained. A significant portion of the interview involved them explaining the role and emphasizing the need to be proficient in many areas. I followed up after the interview but received no response from HR or the engineering team. Two weeks later, I contacted HR to inquire about a decision, and the representative said she'd look into it. She didn't get back to me, so I emailed her again a week later. She then stated they would contact me if a decision was made. I wouldn't suggest interviewing here.

I applied on the company website and also emailed the Sr. HR specialist. The whole thing took about a week. I had the interview at the company in Pendergrass GA. Three people interviewed me: the HR specialist, a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, and a Manager. The HR person asked general questions and introduced the company. The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer talked about the job duties. The manager asked a mix of questions about my strengths, weaknesses, and other behavioral stuff.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was terrible, long, and had too many dumb questions. It was the worst place to interview. I wish I didn't go. I felt like I was being asked to work at the White House or Wall Street.

I applied through my college's career website and then got a call from an HR person. They invited me to come to the site for an interview. I interviewed with the HR rep and also a Production Engineer. It was a typical behavioral interview but they also asked about specific skills like CAD and programming languages. I got an offer in less than a week.
