I had a great interview experience with TCS World Travel. The process started with an email offering time slots for a screening call, which made scheduling easy and convenient. I spoke with Vicki, who was professional, friendly, and informative. She took the time to explain the company’s background and provided a clear overview of the role I applied for. During our conversation, she asked insightful questions, including how my current position would translate to the role, since I am currently in property management and have not been in the travel industry for over a decade. The discussion felt engaging and well-structured, making it clear that TCS values finding the right fit for both the candidate and the company. Although I wasn’t selected for the next round, I truly appreciated the opportunity to learn more about TCS World Travel and would welcome the chance to apply again in the future. Would definitely recommend the experience to other candidates!

I interviewed for the Marketing Manager role at TCS World Travel. There were three interviews in total, leading up to the C-suite level. After the third interview, I didn't hear anything for three weeks. I then sent a follow-up email to an Acquisition Manager at Travelopia (the parent company) who I'd been in contact with. A few days later, I got a generic rejection email from a no-reply address. My feedback would be to give candidates a status update within 1-2 weeks and to send personalized rejection emails if a decision is made. It's disheartening to put in time, energy, and preparation for multiple interviews and then receive no personalized communication. I do appreciate the time the interviewers took to meet with me, and I hope this process can be improved for future candidates.

I had my first interview with HR from Travelopia home office, then I spoke with the manager and the department head. It went pretty well, and I really liked everyone I spoke with. However, I had to withdraw my candidacy because the timing wasn't working out for me.

The first round was with HR and then they scheduled a second round with the team. After the second round, they didn't update me on the process and ghosted me.
