Marketing Intern
I applied on LinkedIn and since my profile was a good match, it was a super easy process from then on. They were really upfront about everything and it was so smooth. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about it and the whole thing was a great experience.
- Tell me about a project you're currently involved in.
Store Manager
The interview process was a bit of a mixed bag, starting off easy but getting more complex. It begins with a take-home assignment that takes about five days. After that, you'll interview with the district manager. Following the district manager interview, you'll meet with another store manager. Once you've spoken with the district manager, HR will schedule an interview with you. The final step is an interview with the regional manager.
- Can you provide simple explanations for things?
IT Manager
The whole thing took about 3 weeks. I had 3 interviews, and the people conducting them were really professional. HR got back to me right away about everything, and they were great at communicating, setting up the interviews, and were flexible with scheduling and availability. It wasn't a hard process, but it did involve checking 7 references, a background check, and then a drug test on my first day. They sent the offer by email and mail, and all the details matched what I discussed with the HR Director. Overall, I thought the interview and hiring process was good.
- What do you seek in a potential employer?
- What factors are essential for you when considering a job offer from a company?
Accounts Payable Specialist
I was called in at the front door and after a few minutes, someone greeted me. I waited in the lobby and was then greeted by someone else who led me upstairs to the interview room. It was noted that the room had no lights on and the drapes on the two windows were pulled, giving it an overall dark feel.
- What management style do you prefer?
