First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TCM.
Intern
The interview process was straightforward and not too difficult. The interviewers were pleasant and amiable. They confirmed if I had the necessary skills for the job. It started with a basic question about myself, followed by a question about my qualifications.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What are your relevant qualifications?
Auxiliar Administrativo
- Tell me about your previous work experience.
Consultant
It was a straightforward and quick process. They asked about my financial knowledge, programming language skills, and aspirations. The questions were direct, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I think they did a good job of explaining the job expectations, tasks, and responsibilities.
- What is your English level and do you know any programming languages?
Encargado
- What is your desired salary and what are your expectations?
