The company is a good place to work, although it seems familiar. The interview process is quite thorough. It involves preparation, an initial presentation, questions about your experiences, assessment of technical and behavioral skills, practical tests if needed, a wrap-up with next steps, and a post-interview reflection.

Hiring manager reached out to me the same day I applied, asking to set up a phone call. The call went well, and I was invited for an in-person interview. After the in-person, which also went great, I was asked to create a case study detailing how I'd apply my discussed strategies for the company. I put together a detailed response. Then, I was asked one 'final' question via email, which I answered quickly. After that, I heard nothing. I followed up multiple times over three weeks with no response, not even a rejection. I suspect they used my work as their own without hiring me. Be cautious if interviewing here.

It was a great experience, though a bit difficult since I was studying at the same time. The first day was interesting though, as I learned new things. It was a little challenging because part of the interview was in English, but my basic electronic and radiofrequency knowledge was sufficient.

The interview process was super simple and easy, honestly there wasn't much of a process at all. It was much easier than other companies. You just need to prepare for general questions. It included a phone interview, an in-person interview, and then an offer.
