First I met with an OMM who set up the next interview. Then I interviewed with the SMM, OMM, and a store manager, where they asked simple questions about managing and my experience, including hypotheticals and 'what have you' type questions. After I left, I got a call to set up a second interview with the District Manager of Ohio. He didn't ask any job-related questions, it felt more like a personality test. I got a call soon after from my future boss saying I killed the interview. I started 3 weeks later.

Behavioral

I applied online and got a call the next day from the regional manager to schedule an initial interview. I went to the store for this interview and met with a store manager and a regional manager. They asked me some leadership and behavioral questions. It lasted about 30 minutes. The next day, I got a call back to schedule a second interview. I met with the regional manager and area manager that same week. They asked similar behavioral questions. It was a decent interview process overall.
