The interview process was really straightforward, and I got my offer letter the same day I interviewed. The training wasn't super in-depth, but that probably differs by location. Honestly, setting up the interview and everything was just really easy.

So first I talked to a recruiter. Then about a week later, I went into the store and the store manager asked me some standard questions like, 'Tell me about yourself,' 'What didn't you like about your last job or boss,' 'Why did you leave your last job?', 'What are your strengths and weaknesses?', and 'Do you have any questions for me?' They also asked, 'What did you like about your last boss?'

It was a pretty chill interview. I talked with the district manager, and they asked me a bunch of typical questions to see if I'd make a good salesperson. We also chatted about my past sales work and previous jobs, like what parts I liked and didn't like.
