Customer Service Representative
Applied and got a call. They conducted a phone interview. After that, I went in person to meet the owner of the store for another interview. It was a nice and bubbly chat and lasted about 30 minutes.
- What's one thing I pride myself on?
Customer Service Representative
I did an online assessment and then the interview was also online, but without a camera. It was pretty straightforward and self-explanatory. You just need a quiet, professional space. There was a timed typing test and a number recall test.
- How would you handle receiving advice from your supervisor about managing future calls?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was super easy. Usually there are 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.
- What is your motivation for wanting to join Verizon?
