I found the ad on Indeed and someone called me. Then, two managers interviewed me over Zoom. Later, one of them called to let me know I'd get a part-time offer, with the possibility of moving to full-time.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It took over three weeks for this whole process. The two people who interviewed me were pretty nice, though one was way easier to talk to than the other. The interview itself wasn't hard, and they seemed to want someone to build up their marketing department. I had two personal interview rounds and also had to put together a marketing plan for them. After the three weeks, they decided not to move forward with my application. One of the interviewers did give me feedback, but it wasn't helpful because he couldn't offer anything constructive. The only reason I didn't get the job was because I didn't have enough experience with finance/taxes, which I was upfront about. So, I felt like my time was wasted and they got me to do free work. They ended up reposting the same job, but with the title Marketing Manager and the exact same description.

Behavioral Other

There was a phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes, mainly discussing general topics and seeing if you could carry on a conversation. Then there was an in-person interview that seemed more like a formality.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. They'll train you for the specific campaign you'll be working on. They have a few campaigns running, and they'll assign you one that matches your skills. No worries if you don't have prior experience.
