Ice Cream Scooper and Cashier
It was a super chill chat since it's a small shop. Just me and the interviewer. I might have been a bit overdressed, but it was fun. After so many interviews, this one didn't stress me out at all.
- Can you tell me if you work well with others?
Shift Lead
You have to submit a paper application, which you need to ask an employee for. Then you have to list references. After that, there was one in-person interview with the owner.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What are your available work times?
Cashier
It was a really easy and relaxed interview. They went over the job description and asked about my previous work experience and what I could contribute. They also asked about my availability.
- Can you tell me about your past jobs?
- What experience do you have that's relevant to this job?
- What skills or qualities do you possess that would be beneficial in this position?
Customer Service
I came in, completed the paperwork, and then had a conversation and was hired on the spot. It was a really fast process. Since I had friends working there, the managers already knew me from when I used to visit. I got promoted to night shift manager in less than three months.
- What are your available working hours
