First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TBS Factoring.
Factoring
The interview process was excellent and very informative. All my questions were answered, and I was given a company background and an overview of future plans. We also discussed the benefits package, professional development, cross-training opportunities, and growth potential within different divisions.
- What is your reason for leaving your current job?
Permitting Specialist
I applied online and then they called me for an interview. I interviewed on Wednesday morning after getting a call for it on Tuesday. They called me on Thursday morning and told me I got the job. The whole process was super easy, probably the easiest I've ever done.
- Can you handle multitasking effectively?
- Have you worked in the trucking industry before?
Unspecified
First, there's a phone screening. After that, you'll have a meeting to talk about your strengths, weaknesses, previous jobs, your goals, what you're planning for the future, and what you're looking for in a company. It's pretty standard.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
- Could you walk me through your previous roles?
- What are your career aspirations?
Collections Specialist
The interview process was fast and efficient. I got a call quickly, and we negotiated wages that were above average. It was a good interview overall. Everyone was very nice and professional. Even though it's business casual, it seemed pretty lax; I was definitely overdressed. It was a single in-office interview, and then I got an offer.
- What is your motivation for wanting to work here?
