Disappointed with the online interview. The interviewer was late and the session was only about 30 minutes. I'm not sure about the interviewer's skills or purpose, but why ask about accounting postings and journals for an MM role? It's not even related to integration between the modules. The job description was also different from the interviewer's preferences. If they're looking for specific industry experience, they should shortlist candidates who match based on their CVs. It's unfair to prepare and spend time when you might fail due to the interviewer's discretion.
