The interview wasn't too tough. I started by talking about myself, my background, and what I know. Then, it moved into a technical part. It was pretty standard, nothing to stress over, and the difficulty felt about right.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty similar to typical tech interviews, starting with a behavioral round. It was a pretty smooth and chill experience overall. However, I didn't appreciate the attitude of the HR person who seemed to think they were the most important part of the company, which is obviously not the case.

Technical Coding

The interview process was simple and straightforward. It involved talking with the Outsystems lead and two other developers, one of whom was a .NET Lead. They asked questions about Outsystems, SQL, Frontend, CSS, and Javascript. I also had to complete a technical task within a 3-hour time limit.

Behavioral Technical

The interview journey at TBC Bank usually starts with submitting your application online. After that, there's a phone chat, some tests to see if you know your stuff, and then either in-person or virtual meetings with the team. Sometimes there are even final chats with the top bosses. If you're pretty clear on what the job is about, have the right skills, and know a bit in general, it's not too bad and makes sense. They're pretty helpful during the whole thing, so if you're ready, it's doable.
