The interview process was super quick and easy. Just gotta know the basics. They'll hit you with an online coding challenge. Then there's a big architecture interview after the main one. Might even have an on-site interview too.

The interview process was good, though a bit long. They ultimately completed all stages, including the training, properly. The pay was significantly reduced due to it being an agency.

Behavioral Presentation

The whole interview process took around 2-3 weeks. It was challenging and involved testing. If you practice mock interviews, you should do well. Your resume is super important, so make sure it's perfect. Focus on your skills and experience, not just job titles. The in-person interview is one-on-one, and they're there to help you succeed.

Behavioral

I had a phone screening with someone who called me the wrong name and didn't fix it, and even rolled her eyes twice. Honestly, it was one of the worst screening experiences I've ever had. She asked things like, 'and you think that's a good thing?'. You should really think about who's doing your screenings (she said she's the only one). Her whole vibe was aggressive and mean, like a 'mean girl', and I think you might be losing out on good people because of it. It's just not aligned with what TBC says it stands for, and I'm super disappointed because I had a good impression of TBC before this. I won't be applying again and will be telling others to avoid it.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Could you start by telling me a little about yourself?
  • Based on your background, how would you respond to our need for someone who can speak directly with clients, given my perception that you may not yet know if you can do that?
  • We need more than just strategy-focused individuals; if that describes you, this role might not be a fit. Does that apply to you?
