The interview was virtual and felt pretty chill. The questions were pretty much what you'd expect for an Account Manager role, like asking about my background with managing accounts and talking to clients. They also wanted to know what I knew about their brand and who their clients are. It was a two-round thing, and they asked pretty much the same questions both times. I tried to follow up to see how I did or what I could do better, but no response, which was a bummer.

It was really quick, everything was virtual. I interviewed with them on Monday and by Wednesday they offered me the position. I asked for two days to think about it since they were paying min. wage. When I accepted the offer on Friday, they rescinded their offer.

The team really liked that I used social media (twitter) to reach out to them about the position. After already knowing who I was, they invited me in for an interview. I met with the founder and top VP. I showed them my resume via big screen in the conference room and told them about the work that I have done at previous internships. Then they asked questions about me in general. Overall it was very relaxed and not too nerve-wrecking. The only part that shook me up was thatI didn't bring a physical copy of my resume (what was I thinking) and the VP called me out on it. After talking with them a little more, they hired me for the internship on the spot.

I had a zoom interview with two managers. They asked a couple of simple questions about my background. They asked how about my experience and why I wanted to work at T&P.
