So first, I had to submit a written application and a cover letter. After that, there was a competency-based interview where they asked questions related to the list and my commissioning skills. Finally, there was a task-based interview.

I just did the preliminary or screening interview. It was done via an AI platform called HireVue, and the whole thing was pretty straightforward. Even though it was new to me, it was explained really well. It mainly consisted of personality and behavioral questions, with 8 questions in total. I had to record a video for each answer, with a maximum of 3 minutes per video. I'm told they'll review my video responses to decide if I move forward.
