First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Taylor Farms.
Project Manager
The interview process started with a phone interview, and then I had an in-person interview with two executives. It was a pleasant experience overall, but definitely challenging. They were developing questions and scenarios on the fly. It was clear the executives were sharp and would really probe to see if I lacked field knowledge or subject matter understanding.
- Tell me why you think you're the right person for this role.
- What specific skills make you stand out from other candidates?
- How do you value relationships with your colleagues?
Accountant
I had an interview with HR and an Operations manager. They seemed really positive about the business, strategy, and the role. I got feedback pretty quickly about moving to a second interview with the Corporate Controllership. I went in for that and thought it went well. It's been over 10 days and I haven't heard anything about next steps. No one is returning calls or emails. Very unprofessional.
- What makes you want this particular job?
- Can you tell me something you didn't like about your previous job?
- What did you like about your last job?
Product Process Supervisor
I had a phone call with the HR manager first for a pre-screening. Then, I had a one on one with the production manager. After that went well, I had a panel interview with the Production manager, Operations manager, and Director of operations. Right after the panel, I did a skill test and a safety/quality assessment.
- Why are you a great fit for this role?
Category Management Analyst
So the interview process went like this: first, a screening interview over Zoom with the main team supervisor. Then, another interview, also over Zoom, with a different supervisor. Finally, the third interview was in person with some of the team members.
- Can you tell me about your experience with data management?
