Product Manager
I had two interviews that seemed to go well, and they happened pretty quickly one after the other. Then, nothing happened for 2 months before I finally gave up. I reached out a few times, and I think the hiring manager was on vacation for part of that time? It seemed like they weren't actually ready to hire someone.

UX Designer
I had two phone interviews. The first was to get to know my background, and the second was more about personality questions. Then I had two Zoom interviews. One was more personality questions, and the other was to learn more about my background and ask questions. They said they'd get in touch, but never did. I ended up having to reach out myself, and they told me they had already filled the position. I guess they only contacted the person they hired.
- What's your background?
- Tell me about your personality.
- Do you think form or function comes first?
Software Engineer
So, the first time I interviewed with them, the interviewer didn't show up and cancelled last minute. Then they ghosted me. I wouldn't have reapplied, but I needed a job. Surprisingly, someone did show up for a virtual interview this time, and I got moved to a live panel interview at their office. It went well and I was optimistic. They said they'd let me know by the end of the week. Two weeks later, no response. I emailed the recruiter, but they're ignoring me now too. I'm done with this, it's unprofessional to promise a response by a certain time and then avoid me. We're humans, and a job can change our lives. Just a simple rejection email takes 5 seconds.
- Were you asked generic psychological interview questions?
- Did you have to do a handful of minor technical tests?
Technical Support Specialist
The interview process was pretty straightforward and organized. They communicated clearly from the beginning, and it was easy to figure out what to do at each step. I felt ready for everything, and it was a good, low-stress experience overall.
- The interview questions were direct and simple to grasp.
- They were focused on fundamental skills and experience.
- There weren't any tricky or overly complex questions.
