First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TaxRise.
Case Manager
The interview process was easy and efficient. It went smoothly, and they asked general case management questions. The environment seemed professional. I had two interviews and received the job offer the same day as the second interview.
- How do you organize your day?
Human Resources Coordinator
The recruiter contacted me to set up an in-person interview, but then I was ghosted after the onsite interview. They didn't even follow up.
- Can you tell me about your experience level in HR?
- How many years of experience do you have in HR?
Customer Service Representative
My interviews got rescheduled at first. Then I was pressured to come into the office for an in-person interview, and I told the recruiter I had limited time for it because of lunch. The in-person interview team was 20 minutes late to our scheduled time. I was only 3 minutes late, but it felt really disrespectful.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Sales
First, there was a phone interview, and then an in-person interview. HR and other team members asked me questions. The interview provided good information about the role and questions related to the job.
- Why are you interested in this role?
