The job was posted on BYU's campus for accounting students. I applied and was contacted by email for an interview. It was a basic interview to check my accounting knowledge and see if I was a good fit. They offered me the job a few days later.

I applied on Sept 27 and there was an online technical evaluation. It felt like a while before I got an interview request on Nov 11. I had my first interview in person that week. It was a culture fit interview with 4 people in the room and one remote. They were really nice and made it not stressful at all! I heard back just hours later about a second interview, also that week. The second one was more technical but still had some behavioral stuff mixed in. I found out their final decision a little over half a week after that.
