My professor referred me to this, but others applied online. Then either an employee or the VP (not HR) reached out to schedule phone interviews. After the phone interviews, I heard back via email that I was accepted. My process was much faster than the others, taking only 1 week for me compared to a few months for them.

I put in my application online which was pretty straightforward. Someone reached out in about two weeks and we set up an interview pretty quickly. The VP of Operations ended up interviewing me. The whole thing was about 20 minutes. He hit me with some tough questions, mostly focusing on my research background. About three weeks after that, I got a formal letter in the mail saying they weren't moving forward with my application.

It was a pretty standard interview process, and I spoke with a really nice HR person. The questions weren't anything too unusual, and it felt pretty relaxed overall. It wasn't intimidating, but I don't think it went super well.
